My name is Tammy Blount, and these pages reflect some of my creations.
I was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada and now make Fort Worth my home. I grew up surrounded by mountains, ocean and the earth's natural splendor, and have always been inspired by color, nature and diversity.
It is my intention to express the beauty and cultural variety of North America through my art - to put an original twist on the things we surround ourselves with by using color and dimension in my work.
I am privileged to have the freedom to pursue my art as my profession, to live in peace in a free nation, and to have the great love and support of my famly and friends.
I am a member of the Texas Glass Artists Association and my work can be found at the Firehouse Gallery in Fort Worth, and April 7-9 at the Deep Ellum Arts Festival in Dallas. Commissioned work is also available.
